2015, on my first visit i got a catheter and i call letting them know about i and the urgency that had moved and said they would call me to let me know the time would come and where to go; they never call me and I spent all the weekend so peeing and leaving urine out wetting everywhere. On Monday i leave many messages calling numeral times and never answer and never return my calls, after 5 days i decide to go to this office to make the complain and force them to listen to me and the only answer I got was sorry, I don't know what beneficial I will get with that sorry.
Nowadays had review after 6 months and I went to this office and it turn out that the doctor was not working that day there in that office, the doctor Gilbert would meet me another office. This refresh my memories about this horrible experience in this office, I see no merit consideration on my part and I will publish all the social media; I want the whole world know poor human quality that these people are, not worth anything.
