Usually this area has nothing good when it comes to boba and any Asian food places. But I'm so glad this part of the town has Tea Time Cafe!! The staff are very friendly. They have a variety of teas, smoothies, boba milk drinks, food, and my fav desserts!! I remember coming here a couple of years back and it was pretty good. Now I'm back the places looks much better and more on the trendy side. I can so see this is a place to hang out. Love the popcorn chicken and my taro/ coconut smoothie with boba. I'm definitely coming back!!
