Ollie's is relatively new to the Cleveland area but is already springing up quite a few stores. Yes, it's a lot like Marc's. However, Ollie's seems to have better deals and has more hardlines/softlines (books, housewares, appliances, carpet, tools, toys, dishes, sheets, furniture) than Marc's.
So far I've visited this location and the one in Parma, and this is much better - a large store, more selection, and a great place to get good stuff cheap. Count me among the Ollie's bargain army elite!
