I rented a 1 bed 1.5 bath for one year. I was located in building one right off of Bell - when we toured the complex I asked if you could hear the traffic off Bell and was told no, this is a lie you can hear all the traffic ever and even car alarms from the dealerships across the road going off at all hours of the night. The walls are paper thin I could often hear my neighbors watching tv or listening to music.
Previous raters have commented on the dog waste problem- as someone who had a dog at this complex we paid $35/ month with a $400 deposit. The "complementary" dog waste bags were empty half the time and I'm just wondering if I paid this much and every other person in the complex that has a dog did too why the office can't keep up with replacing the bags?
But enough with the negativity- the office staff was very friendly when I needed help or had a complaint they were quick and friendly. They often have raffles/ games to win gift cards I believe they gave away a Porsche while I was there. The holiday party was eventful also we won a TV and others won $50 gift cards. My neighbors kept to themselves or were friendly when passing by. The pool and the rest of the grounds were kept up with and nice to come home to. Had we not found a house for just as much as we were paying here; we would have renewed our lease.
