I didn't enjoy the live music- went for a professional lunch, as this place is in an area populated with those working 9-5 jobs, and it was awkward. Most of the people eating in opted for a seat at the very back of the restaurant, away from the music... Perhaps a sign? I also found the sandwich to be very bland. I got the Italian with a few toppings and it was nothing to write home about, especially considering a small sub is ~$9. I had the pulled pork one at the Bloor location, also quite bland. Based on the price and taste, would rather Subway or Mr. Sub. Must say that the staff at both locations were very friendly, however, and nice decor!!!
