The Better Business Bureau ruled in my favor and rated Dr. Sean Sackett's Office (Sundance Medical) 480 782-0609 Grade D for poor Customer Services due to the volume of complaints and their refusal to respond.

Dr. Sean Sacket is now under investigation by the Medical Board (Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners), for "Unprofessional Conduct." He is also being investigated by the American Osteopathic Association, (AOA) for ethics violation and CIGNA Health is considering terminating its contract with Sundance Medical.
Lastly, the federal government is investigating him for HIPAA privacy violations and retaliation. Dr. Sackett refused to give me a diagnosis for imaging results he ordered even though I was actively experiencing pain. He expelled my entire family without proper notice during the Holidays because I made my first complaint to his office in 7 years of being a patient concerning continued disrespectful treatment by staff.
He is now holding my records hostage and refusing requests to transfer records to my new primary care physician. He is extremely arrogant and feels he does not have to respond to patient complaints or comply with Federal Law!
