It's not Hong Kong Gong Cha, but it's still pretty good. I remember trying the roasted Wintermelon tea in HK and it blew my mind.... the roasted version isn't here but I think it tastes better than Share Tea's version. The flavour is more prominent and while it is already pre-sweetened (30%), it was still tasty and refreshing.
I asked about their TARO because it seems to be my go-to now, and sure enough, they only use powder, so that's a no-no for me.
I haven't gotten tapioca in a very long time, but had a craving today. Theirs was a good amount of chew, not to soft, and held its shape.
The speed of service was quite slow, so that's why it loses a star.
