When my wife and I bought our first house in 1998, Doug Hopkins was my agent at Red Brick Realty. Doug suggested a new development in Gilbert (Val Vista and Williams Field), he said it would be a great investment. At the time both Val Vista and Williams Field were dirt roads. Doug said the area was set to boom and values would go up dramatically. We purchased the home for $120k, in 2006 we ended up selling that house for over $300k. Doug's advice made a huge difference in our lives. Our family was growing and we needed a bigger house, I used Red Brick to both list my current house and help find a new home. We found the home of our dreams. The process was simple, organized and the communication was excellent. Since then, I've purchased several homes, fixed them up and then sold them through Red Brick. The houses all move very quickly due to the pricing advice, upgrade advice and, most importantly, the marketing Red Brick does to get your house in front of potential buyers.
