Twice a year, he does an extensive panel of blood work just to ensure everything is functioning properly. Then he goes over your results with you in detail. He'll explain what's going well and what issues need to be addressed. And of course, the plan of action. No need to take notes or try to remember it all. He also emails all that information! Yay!
