This is the closest place near my apartment to get coffee. I generally swing by on my way to work since I conveniently drive right past it. However, it's also about a 3 minute walk from my front door. Parking is hit or miss, since you have to park in the metered lot, which is a downside.
The baristas are nice and have always been attentive to me. I love their seasonal menu and their large selection of teas (although I do prefer coffee). I find the drinks to be a bit inconsistent depending upon who makes them, but they're always good.
The place can get crowded quickly, perhaps due to the free wi-fi. Electrical outlets are at a premium. The noise level can be pretty loud depending on the amount of people in there, and sometimes it's a bit much for me.
Overall, though, Phoenix is my top coffee spot and I love hanging out here on the weekends.
