I wish you didn't have to put any stars. I went in today for a trim and before I knew it I was absolutely butchered. I will never go back and I will have to pay to get what's left of my hair fixed. I do not recommend this place to anyone after what happened today. Uptading this the next day, after the manager Shelia was done with what I have left of my hair, I went to Jcpenny and they had to go through my hair and even the out what she did, I literally have an inch of hair left. I will not be returning to her ever again and no refund is going to replace my hair that is now gone. What was once a beautiful A line cut now is a pixie thanks to a very bad hair massacre from this "stylist". Thanks to Jcpenny I have some dignaty left.
