During a very difficult time after the sudden passing of my step-father, myself and my family found a memorable positive experience with Steve Poscente & Cari Jewett. We were fortunate that Dad already had made pre-arrangements with Hites Funeral Home thru Steve & Cari for his passing. Thru this devastating period, we were treated with incredible respect, sensitivity and compassion. The attention to detail and follow-through have been exceptional, helpful, and inciteful that helped reduce stress and worries especially for mom. We were unaware until they explained that because Dad was a disabled veteran he was entitled to the military flag ceremony at the Veterans Cemetary and that his ashes could be placed there. If Hites had not brought this to our attention we would not have known this was possible.
The Celebration of Life ceremony that Steve & Cari provided was professional, loving, and caring. They treated us like family and incredibly provided the ceremony that we had not anticipated or pre-planned by going over, above, and beyond what was expected from the family. On behalf of the family, we will forever be grateful & thankful to Steve & Cari.
