I don't care if cupcakes are nut- or gluten- free. I don't care if they are organic or not. Honestly, I just want a damn cupcake that would satisfy my cravings. And Lollicake did not do a good job. They only have a very limited selection of flavors - vanilla or chocolate flavored cake with vanilla or chocolate icing. Other icings all look artificial - neon green and pink (instead of pistachio-green and raspberry/ strawberry pink... or something like that). When I told the lady I wanted two cupcakes with pink icing, she went ahead and grabbed two plain cakes in front of me, took a icing squeezer that was made of a plastic bag with a metal tip and squeezed the icing on top of the cakes. I mean, I know all cupcakes are made this way, but could she at least do it in the back, out of my sight? I just felt I could have done that at home. Especially considering the icings were not "special flavors". The pink just tasted... sweet. Ugh, gross. Each cupcake is a little under $4, so go figure.
