My appointment time was between 8-9am and three guys showed up at my house at almost exactly 8am. They packed my whole house (1400 sq ft) into the truck in 1.5 hours and unpacked everything into my new house in 1.5 hours as well. I was quoted for 5 hours and the entire move, with driving, took 3.5 hours. The three guys, Kenny, Darius and Andrew worked fast and efficiently. I told them the items I was worried about and they packed them with blankets and then wrapped them with plastic. Overall I was very pleased with how the whole move went. The ONLY thing negative to say is that on the phone when I made the appointment they lady on the phone told me mattress covers (bags?) were mandatory and that they would be provided in order to keep the mattresses clean and when the guys arrived they did not have any for my two beds. Luckily, the guys were really nice and made sure the mattresses stayed clean despite not having them in a bag.
