The shop manager Brandon is amazing and always helps me with anything that I need. he never steers me in the wrong direction. And always tries to get me everything that I need at the best price
My main mecanic Nick is one of the most skilled mechanics that I have ever seen in my life and always fixes my car perfectly. I can definitely vouch for him.
My personal opinion is that Nick and Brandon should both be getting raises because they go above and beyond to help me and I'm sure they do this with everybody
This particular Pep Boys in general is exceptional. All the employees are very nice and professional. Everybody is very willing to help you the second you walk into the door.
