It's a lovely hotel. Beautiful on the inside and outside. Nice sized rooms, very comfortable. Haven't checked out the pool or hot tub but they are both open late. They have a late night room service menu which looks amazing! The staff were amazing at any interaction we had with them. My one and only complaint. The location. I read review after review and no one mentioned the location. So I will. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Dundas subway station which is in a busy area for shopping and food. We got off the subway and started walking towards the hotel, and it started to get sketchier and sketchier. If I wasn't with my 6'2 caveman husband, I would definitely be nervous. We took uber for the majority of our travels late at night, which is unfortunate because we like to walk everywhere. There are street cars which cost $3.25 and you can catch them right on the corner of Dundas and Jarvis. It goes all the way up by the Kensington market and Chinatown. They also run late. It is a wonderful hotel in an area with some amazing hidden gems (The taco shop and ramen place were incredible) just be careful of men screaming at invisible enemies in the bus shelter.
