I can't believe that such an amazing property has fallen from grace so hard. I'll keep it brief: Shaky, snotty service until the blonde kid showed up, giving 5 Star Service and smiles. My spinach and Chicken wrap was 2/3 Spinach and 1/3 chicken. BLASTING HIP HOP MUSIC OVER LUNCH. Seriously, an hour of hip hop music in the middle of the day where you're serving 9 dollar wraps and 6 dollar tea service in Summerlin?? Sitting there with my mom having lunch feeling like I was at TAO NIGHTCLUB. And the owner could NOT be bothered. Doesn't ask how tables are, doesn't smile at customers, just carries on like nothing. SIGH. Goodbye, Red Velvet Cafe.
