This office cannot get their act together. LACK of communication is an understatement. From the start of trying to set up an appointment is not flexible and a whole mess. When you finally get an appointment weeks or days later you are sitting and waiting forever. God forbid you don't show up because they will bill or charge you. If your late they won't accept you and charged you for no show. If you sick good luck on getting an appointment. Your better off going to an emergency room or urgent care. Copy of your medial records is $35. If you are in an car accident they will charge +$82.50 per person. Paperwork filled out I think is $50. Etc. Etc etc you get my point. I also got a surprise bill in the mail too. They will have you coming back and forth so that they can continue to charge you. Multiple times had referrals to a doctor that I cannot even see since they don't take my insurance. My mind is blown. They have enough staff that are just sitting there and not doing anything but talking of non work related stuff. If you have mulple issues like I do then you might want to plan getting multiple appointments for each situation or issue, have the money for it (you are going to need it for the time off from work or just everything they do they charge you for) and, just getting the time and energy to go to the appointment. I know I'm ranting but all true. Time for a different doctor. It is now an hour and still haven't been seen.
