Located in heart of Vegas strip. One of the newest Total Rewards casinos. This used to be the Bills Gambling Hall. This place if touted as a boutique casino. Fancier than some but refreshing with the clean air and atmosphere. Not a big casino but some games, nice bars, dance clubs, and Giada's for food. There are clear signs to get around this casino. The bar for gamblers is fairly prompt as are the wait staff. They go out if their way to accommodate requests. Early on experience there would be a person taking drink orders and another delivering. I believe they have changed to just one server. Fairly friendly and efficient. Drinks were on mark if not better than other Total Rewards casinos for being free for gamblers. The other bar "Bound" the service and friendliness were on point. Drinks more than hit the good mark. Giada's restaurant is as advertised. Staff was some of the best. Table play was ok. Dealers really had no personality. Pit bosses didn't make me feel any more welcome to play. Good: food, drinks, and general vibe. Bad: uninviting table game staff.
