Have been here perhaps a dozen times. It keeps getting worse. On a recent visit (November 2016), I asked if the Mini Works included cleaning inside the car and they said it did (was just expecting a basic vacuum). They didn't clean the obvious crumbs off of my back seat, and refused to do so when I asked after inspecting. Literally a complete refusal, and didn't even offer me a vacuum to do it myself.
Perhaps as an example of their attention to detail, they didn't even wipe the "MW" (for mini works wash) off the window and I had to do it myself later. Don't waste your time, you can get a better wash at Costco.
