This review is for the tire shop....the rest of Costco is cool but this one is all for John. I came to buy a new set of tires and it was such a easy transaction I left skipping and dancing a jig! I hate dealing with stuff like this! People want to treat me like I'm a idiot, pressure into buying tires that are over kill for my low performance hybrid...my hamsters in the engine doesn't go that fast and my suspension isn't made to corner hard....it's a hybrid people.
John rocked, he gave me the Bridgestone that where on sale at that time. He didn't try to upscale me at all. If I get a flat, it's fixed free. If I need my tire pressure checked and inflated it's free and they use nitrogen. My tires get rotated, balanced and inspected for free every 7,500 miles. Now I know other places do this...but they I always get hassled when I go to other places. Plus John had to order my tires, he told me two days max yet he called me the next day to say it came in because I told him I was leaving town on Friday....really?? Who does this anymore?? He actually listened and cared! John reminds me of a favorite uncle that is looking after me :-) you sir are pleasure to work with! I highly recommend getting your tires here :-)
