Very pushy sales people. Rude staff, tries to charge you and sell you upgrades to everything. The longer you wait the more they throw in "for free". Trying to sell a magic eye cream - costing $450, that somehow takes away wrinkles in their store but the real product you get is not the same. It doesn't even feel the same on your face. This is not all it is cracked up to be. I would try 20 other creams before this one again. The average person can leave with 5 jars of products, a free facial that is valued at $1200? And then they try to sell you a $1500 or $4800 perfection led light. Way over priced, too. Ridiculous! Of course they say I refunds on anything. We'll see what the credit card company says about that?! This product/company has also changed their name several times. Velafore. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau, too.
