I think everyone has had that morning where everything is perfect until you go to leave for work, and you realize your car has other plans. This morning I started down my street and realized that my car wasn't shifting. The speedometer wasn't moving at all either. Long story short, my boss helped me get my car to State to State Transmissions. As soon as I sat in the office and started explaining, Bill (he was the long-haired gentleman in the office. I'm pretty sure that was his name, but I'm not 100%), told me he thought he knew the problem already and that it shouldn't be a hard fix. I still was expecting like $250 for the repair with a best case scenario. I received a phone call maybe 4 hours later saying that a rodent had chewed through the wiring for my speedometer and that the repair was only going to cost me $30. What a relief that was. I couldn't be happier with the kindness and professionalism I experienced here. I've already made sure to tell my whole family!
