I am going to give them 2 stars because the organisation of the company is fantastic and workers are friendly. But, we chose this tour (Southern tour) with the hope of spend a day seeing the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The day was practically on route. We knew it, but we didn't know that the bus was going to be very, very, very small and uncomfortable. If you are tall and/or you have long legs (like me), you will get a very bad trip. My suggestion in this case is: DON'T DO IT!!! GO AWAY!!! We thought that this kind of tour are offered with comfortable buses. We were totally wrong. Seriously, rent a car and do it by yourself. You will gain life
