This years 3 Rivers Arts Festival was both wonderful and disappointing.
Firstly, the vendors seemed altogether more generic this year than previous years. I rarely saw anything unique that wasn't like someone's art right down the street.
Secondly, I was disappointed to find that the art festival staff didn't know where some vendors were that weren't listed in the book. Like the Henna artists; which switched in the middle of the week apparently, and who were of two different calibers of talent. They apparently rotated where they were each day; which didn't allow for people to find them. And others were asking as well!
