Stopped by to pick up an eye glasses repair kit and after not immediately seeing any, I asked the employee seated behind a table if the establishment carried any...the woman sat with a blank look on her face and replied with a short "No." I politely asked if she knew of a store nearby that did (I came from the Target across the way which had sold out of the kits) and she just blandly replied, "No." It's an optometrist office which had well over 100 pairs of eyeglasses....why on earth would they NOT carry a repair kit?!? Further - why couldn't she have been more polite and helpful with pointing me in a good direction (like the woman at Target had)? I'm really getting tired of the lack of customer service these days. It's not just a matter of it being your job, but honestly trying to help people because it's the polite thing to do.
