Lisa is incredible, so patient and truly wants to help! And I've loved every encounter with Dr Weiss. It's the main front desk attendant (blonder, short curley hair)that is a little cold and edgy. For example I forgot to schedule my next appt before i left the office - I was driving and called back to schedule, then I had planned to just use Siri to add it to my calendar. When I called she seemed "put off" by me asking dates/days/times. And when I asked what date was 3 mos from now, she replied "well if you count 3 mos that would be July, Aug, Sept and today is the 25th, so then it would be sept 25." Very condescending and poor customer service skills, she also rarely smiles. It's a shame cuz I love the rest of the staff, but one person can ruin a business.
