Worse Chase I have been too. I walked in to ask to put my wife on my account. Was sitting in the waiting room and never was greeted. After 10 min I asked an associate who was getting water if there was a sign in sheet to be seen. He rolled his eyes and said someone will be with me. When finally pushed by a possible boss a lady came and ask if I needed help. I told her what I needed and told me she had an appointment in 15 minutes and proceeded to ask the man in the cubicle if he would take me. The man began to should he was busy very rudely to her and then she came back saying she had an appointment and I needed to come back later. Very rude. Ill be taking my banking to a different location. Very unprofessional.
