If I could do ZERO stars I would. Met with Eduardo back in April 25th, came out to our house, gave me a quote on repairs we needed. He explained he schedules out 2 weeks for work, we said yes let's do it. Repairs were actually scheduled approximately 1 month out(start May 22). Here we are day of May 22, no call or contact from E&S, so I call him around 10:00 am - no answer, I follow up with text message. "Didn't we have an appointment to start today?" Finally get a message back from him - asking if I got his VM from the night before - "NO, that's why I'm calling"...he proceeds to tell me his job ran longer and won't be able to start us today ...(he claims to have left a voicemail for me the night before) NO voicemail message. So he says probably Thursday or Friday of this week - I'll confirm by Wednesday afternoon. OK....NO CONFIRMATION on Wednesday . It's now Thursday, NO E&S and NO call, NO Text....I send out a message to him ?????? I get a response, "I had a family emergency all morning couldn't get to my phone this AM". Sorry to hear that, but what happen to the confirmation yesterday,....."Oh yes, I forgot to do that". He says....but we can still help you with your stucco repair though. YEAH thanks but no THANKS! Very disappointed and now I'll need to go through the process of finding another contractor . Customer Service is unfortunately non-existent here!
