Black Market is a fun place to visit if you like hunting for finds (I visit the basement location). If you are more into vintage that is curated for trend, style and quality, Black Market is not for you.
I love the thrill of a good hunt. Black Market has such an odd mix of stuff here. I easily spend an hour browsing through the racks.
I always find at least one treasure before I leave. I admit, as mentioned in other reviews, a lot of the stuff is not great, but as an avid thrifter, for me that is part of the experience of finding awesome pieces that are a great deal.
I have to give this place a four because of value. $10 for items - that is amazing! I found amazing sweaters, bags, blazers, silk blouses for $10 in the past.
Black Market is not the type of place you come looking for a specific item - you have to be in the mood to shop. It is not always organized, there is a lot of crap, its a weird, dingy space...but most times its well worth that precious find!
