We live in AZ and we are visiting Cleveland. Since Arizona doesn't have one yet, we decided to try this one. I was a little surprised when we walked in that the floors were really sticky. And you can see the dirt on the floors. We were shown to our table and wanted to look over the menu for a few minutes. A very nice waiter Josh J came and asked what we wanted to drink. He gave us plenty of time. Meanwhile, there was an employee standing around doing nothing but staring at us.
I ordered the OFD burger and it has Swiss, mushrooms and a relish. I asked for silverware so I can cut it in half. They gave us flimsy plastic silverware. I couldn't believe I couldn't get a REAL knife. As soon as I picked up half my burger and took a bite, everything fell off the bun. I was surprised because I watch the show and Paul always prided himself on their "homemade" buns. These were far from homemade. They were wrinkly and soggy. I would say store bought. We ordered French fries and tots. Fries were nothing special and the tots were made from frozen this wasn't even the worst problem.
I had to use the ladies room. I should have held it. The ONLY handicap stall was out of order. The one I used (2 stalls left), like I said I should have held it, was so dirty. The floors in the bathroom were also very sticky, I don't want to know with what but I went into the stall and there was no purse hook, no door handle to lock it (it was broken and just the inside of the lock was there) and just filth and toilet paper. The soap looked like it was broken too.
I was looking forward to going for a long time but I will never go back. Not sure I will even watch the show again because I feel it is all a farce. I think they need to inspect their stores before opening any others. I don't see why customers like myself don't deserve a clean eating experience but you can bet if any of the Wahlburg's were going to be there, it would be spic and span.
