Came to the Amherst location on a date on a Saturday evening at 7pm. We were super lucky to find parking on the next block. We can see the Jacques Cartier bridge pretty well from this area. No waiting in line, we just sat at any table. I like the decor of this place, it's one of those places where you look around since there is so much to take in. The crowd was stylish and casual, there were a few larger groups. This place has the wood burning oven so every pie that comes out is cooked to perfection. We each had a Margherita pizza, I had meat balls with EspaƱol sauce, he had 6 oysters from New Brunswick. The pizza is a size good portion, the dough is fluffy and airy. It's fhe kind of pizza you would find in Italy. There was tons of cheese and 4 cloves of basil, tomato sauce. I'm a huge fan of thinner crust pizzas so you can actually taste the doughs and all the flavors. Thicker dough just masks the ingredients. Prices are responsible and fair. Our waitress was attentive and polite. I'd definitely go back to try another pizza or two.
