If I could give this place 7 out of 5 stars, I would. My opinion is a little biased though, because ....I EFFIN' LOVE TRAMPOLINES!!!!!
Honestly, I don't even need to play dodgeball here, I'm just happy bouncing in one spot (and off the walls: Mario and Luigi ain't got nothing on me!). I found this place via Groupon, totally random and I went in with zero expectations, so needless to say, I was blown away by the VERY IDEA of a room made of trampolines.
A brief description: each "room" is made up of multiple trampolines, with foam bits in between so you can stop yourself. The walls of each room angle upwards and are also trampolines. The dodgeball "rooms" have a 3x3 grid of trampolines for each side, multiple squishy dodgeball balls (...I'm gonna let that slide) are given to each side and the game begins. Same rules as regular dodgeball, except you're bouncing like 7 feet in the air. You can build up more momentum by bouncing around first, then off the walls to get some SERIOUS height!!
The non-dodgeball rooms are essentially just a large open space filled with trampolines where you can just bounce around: my favorite. I can spend literally 1 hour here. Any more time and you will die of exhaustion: not literally.
Fun fact: trampolines are 2nd best way to burn calories, after swimming =)
Holy mother of dragons!! Did I mention the foam pit??? So there's a row of trampolines which lead into a foam pit ....you bounce around to build momentum then leap into the foam pit. So fun. Oh so fun.
I've seen other reviewers talking about the teenage kids running the show ...doesn't really matter. I'm here to bounce around, some kid's snippy behavior cannot take away from the sheer awesomeness of dodge ball trampoline.
