It is ridiculous that you make an appointment at this store and then proceed to wait 1 hour or more after your appointment time to be seen by a technician. This happens every time I visit the store. Madison is FAR too big of a city with so many Apple users to have just one store. They certainly could make a profit having another store. The store is always chaotic and it is unpleasant to weave your way through mobs of people. Love my iPad and iPhone, hate the trips to the Apple Store.
