I went to Desert Dental under the recommendation of a co-worker and my mistake was not going to see her specific dentist. When I called to make the appointment, I spoke to the most pleasant woman named Melissa who very helpful and courteous, and I was excited to go the Dentist. It was the first time I had insurance in two years, and I was grateful to finally get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist an x-ray tech were ok, pleasant, but not great and then I saw Dr. Benjamin. He was polite enough, but condescending when he spoke to me and even though I had specifically marked on my paperwork that I was happy with my teeth, he tried to tell me I needed invisiline. He quoted me $1,000 worth of work. I was shocked because I have always had excellent oral hygiene, but I thought maybe... it had been awhile. Then I got a second opinion, and I just found out today, my mouth is perfect. I have no cavities, my bite is perfect, and my teeth look great. Be aware of this dentist, he may be trying to sell you something you don't need.
