This review is long overdue. I've been frequenting Parlour for the better part of the last two years. When I made my first appointment I asked for a stylist who could handle thick, heavy, wavy, middle-eastern hair. They immediately set me up with Paul.
I remember arriving early for my appointment and watching Paul work. He was meticulous and clearly striving for perfection. However, he made his pursuit of perfection look effortless.
Paul has been cutting my hair exclusively and I constantly get compliments. Even if I go for a blow dry somewhere else, the stylist will comment on how great the cut is. I trust him implicitly and know that if I want something that won't suit me, he'll be honest with me and give me other options.
I've twice had my colour done with Francis and both times I was extremely happy with the results! He will definitely be my secret weapon as a wage war against my gray hair!
I recently got married and worked with Trevor to arrange to have all my ladies styled and made-up. Trevor took great care to arrange for enough stylists and he hooked us up with a great make-up artist. He pulled the curtains closed so we had the back-half of the salon to ourselves. Thanks to their great work, my wedding-day prep was fast, easy and beautifully done!
