One of the BEST nail & spa shops in Arizona, bar none! Excellent, excellent, excellent service and talent! A colleague recommended this shop to me about a year ago, and I am very grateful since it is my "go-to" place for as long as they exist, and I'm in Arizona!
It's a great environment, clean, comfortable, and organized; with no horrible, lingering odor of nail chemicals. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and focused on the customer. They are also very accommodating! There is no long, punishing wait because a person didn't have an appointment. When they say "Walk-ins Welcome," they mean it!
CINDY, ROSE and TRACEY are EXCELLENT at what they do! What's really great is the consistency of having an awesome job done EVERY TIME by each one of them! But there is also the great customer satisfaction component. If ever there is a "hiccup" in service, the owner/manager does everything in her power to make it right. On only one occasion, my gel manicure looked great; however, for whatever reason didn't last. The owner/manager got me into an appointment right away and Tracey did an excellent "redo," even though she didn't do the original service. It's a mystery what happened, but it was important to keep me a satisfied customer. I love and spoiled by that dedication to customer satisfaction and service; and it keeps me a loyal customer.
HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail shop if one lives anywhere near the North Central Phoenix area and/or don't mind the drive from anywhere in the Valley; it is well worth it, and hard to beat CONSISTENTLY GREAT SERVICE!
