Excellent home inspection, I highly recommend. Jon welcomed my walking along with him; he's a great educator. Thorough, efficient inspection in all areas (concrete, drainage, plumbing, electric, windows, etc.). He was respectful of the seller's property both inside and outside. The report came via email in a few hours, was clear and organized, and he used arrows on photos to highlight areas of concern. Provided great homeowner educational materials for me to take home. I've been a home owner for 30 years and worked with inspectors both as a buyer and as a seller. Jon was, I think, the best I've encountered so far.
