I have never experienced such disrespectful service in healthcare from a front desk receptionist, in particular, the heavy black woman. From the minute I called to ask if the place accepted my insurance, she was extremely rude and basically hung up on me when I asked if they had online check-in. She lied to me and told me this MedPost accepted my insurance, only to drive there 30 minutes and be told in person that I didn't specify the "right" insurance company on the phone and therefore it was not accepted. The woman was so blatantly rude, almost blaming it on me. She should be fired and reminded that the customer is always right.
