We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Young at California Closets. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we've had considering this is a national company and brand. She came to our home on time and made all the perfect measurements. I was impressed that she was able to demonstrate her ability so professionally and patiently. She knew exactly what would work for our needs and offered her opinions as we tried to explain what we imagined. Every step of the process was thorough, detailed and well articulated. As we were spending a pretty penny, I expected great service and she really delivered.
The installers Mario and Eddie were excellent as well. Very punctual, respectful and mindful of our home.
I'm sitting in my new office today, and in a week we should have the master closet installed. Then, the den and dining room. Highly recommend those who are looking for high end built-ins and closets to work with Ashley at CC.
