Mr Nielsen, I want to thank you for taking such good care of my daughter recently when she brought her Fiat 500 in for oil change. You were kind enough to be certain she not only had oil change service but got fluid maintenance kits as well ( oil conditioner and fuel cleaner ) at a cost of $ 43.89. These FMK' s as you call them allegedly reduce friction and helps engines run smoother, cooler and quieter.
I'm 76 years old Mr Nielsen and I have owned most every make car imaginable. I have never had a service advisor or auto technician suggest I needed oil conditioner and fuel cleaner. I am confidant had I brought her car for service you would not have suggested it either. I''m sure you are trained and skilled at taking advantage of the unknowing. You know, I know, the oil companies know, Fiat Chrysler knows and the producers of this junk know it is nothing but snake oil produced to make you, your organization and others like you a few extra bucks.
