As we entered this gorgeous structure, my party and I were all like... wow, a live Halloween Phish concert is playing on the A/V!!! Too awesome. My bro, my cousin, his friend and I were all in town for a Halloween Phish concert :D Staying downtown and having heard of this brewery offshoot opening close by, we decided to stop by and check it out before concert time!
As a spoiled beer brat from SoCal, I'm super happy to see that Tenaya Creek has successfully opened such an outstanding tasting room closer to the tourist masses -- mad respect that it's downtown and not so Strip-oriented. This sends a message (at least to me) that TC truly supports the local business community. I love it.
Although I don't love their beer (or their service... poor young lady was working a solo counter the weekend of Halloween? Seems rather cruel... especially to those of us waiting upwards of 15-20 mins for pours), we did walk away with two growlers: IPA and a saison that was almost TOO easy drinking lol.
Chill vibe, a locals magnet, making a name for both itself as well as the Vegas craft brew scene. Will definitely be back.
