Excellent in making sales but could not live up to the services!!!! I feel really really bad for the technical support / personnel that works for this company. They are of a good character, kind and pleasant but unfortunately their so called 'SIGNAL' for TV prism and internet services are as of the poorest and lowest ever!!! One time on a fight night we ordered PPV which costs about $70.00 and it freezes while the boxing fight is going on!!!! My TV ALWAYS freezes and had to reset the whole DVR system. WORST WORST WORST WORST. Save your hard earned money and DO NOT get CenturyLink Prism.
