Moved into here right when they first opened up staff and everyone was friendly. My girlfriend at the time and I both loved it amenities, the gym, pools, hot tubs and it's close to all stores is great! The negatives....being in the construction business these places are built so cheaply it's not funny I could hear my neighbor turn on his bathroom fan, we could hear his TV, hear the other neighbors play their music. Yes we are younger and didn't mind it and we had our fair share of complaints for being "too loud" when we were living our lives and everyone else but it just interfered because the walls are paper thin. So expect to hear your neighbors and their activities on a daily basis. This one isn't on the community so much but they could be better on enforcing their "clean up after your pet" kinda things there was a few people who always walked their dogs and they would do their business on the walk way and they wouldn't clean up after them...one of the last things I would like to see when I get home or wake up to is it smelling like a farm. Overall it's an Okay place definitely wouldn't be my first recommendation but it makes the cut.
