At first, I thought this was a great hospital. We took out cat there for an emergency operation, and she came out fine. The Dr. was kinda rough around the edges, but we took our cat and her meds home. This past week, end of April, we took our cat to a closer vet , Sun City Animal Hospital for another check up, because she was under the weather. We needed to get her records from Bonanza Cat hospital, so the current vet could asses her condition, particularly her kidneys. And see if further treatment would be necessary. It was 20 minutes before Bonanza Cat hospital was closing and the current vet asked for her records to be faxed over. Nothing happened. So the vet called to Bonanza cat hospital herself and they never answered their phone! I know they ignored us! they knew who we were because our emergency visit to Bonanza cat hospital resulted in our bill being sent to collections. So, ultimately, without Bonanza Cat hospital "closing" 10 minutes before they should, and not taking the Dr.s call, we couldn't get our cats records. Ultimately, we made the choice to pet her down.
WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN as Sun City Animal hospital is much better and the Dr. is more gentle.
