I came here last summer to get a new pair of glasses. But somehow I broke my frame and I know they have a one year warranty so I went back last week to get it fixed. The guy, Mario told me it's gonna take 3-4 days to get it fixed, I week went by and still no call so I decided to pop in. Guess what he told me? "I couldn't find the frame you're looking for, you'll have to look for a new frame". And i was thinking to myself wow you didn't bother calling to let me know? But anyway, a girl was helping me to look for frames suitable for my lens. I fancied this frame and it's a $300 limited edition Hakim frame. He wasn't sure if I'll have to pay the difference. However, the manager/owner came to the rescue, she said they'll replace the frame for no cost. Phew! TL;DR: If you've decided to go here for glasses, avoid Mario, he's not accommodating at all! The worst service I've had in a long time! Try to speak to the older lady. I had her for my first visit and my recent visit with her was super pleasant. Again, avoid Mario!
