I must say, I've been to many sushi Japanese bistro places in Las Vegas, however this would have to be my most favorite. I was introduce to this place by my lovely sister in which she has shown me the capabilities these chefs have in making their dishes as for as presentation.
First off l, their edamame is the best I've tasted. It is not just served plainly or with salt sprinkled, but it is first pan fried with garlic and then garnished with chili sesame oil. I'm not kidding I could not stop eating them! My second dish was the dynamite roll made with delicious scallop, clam and crab and a nice spicy specially sauce to go with it! The texture was there and so was the taste!
Overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend and head back next time I visit. The service is on point there and even with drunk Vegas crowds they still manage to keep there cool!
