My boyfriend ordered a mocha but they forgot about him. I ordered a soy chai but she didn't even write down the order properly on the cup so I got a soy latte. Their response when he reminded them "oh". It wasn't even busy! Plus they seem to lack the most monotone non friendly voice. Don't work customer service if you can't fake it.
