Yes, the beer is cheap, but that's about all that's cheap here.
I went on a rainy Thursday night with a friend to finally try out the place, and I was really disappointed.
First, there simply isn't enough staff for the place. We sat down near the window and waited 10 minutes with no one coming by. When I went and flagged down someone, we were re-seated elsewhere to make space for a group. Fair enough, and the group were apologetic about it.
Then, we get seated in the back, and before even taking our order, the waitress re seats us again.
Service was slow and inattentive, we had to go to the counter to pay!
The mint juleps we had were good, but nothing extraordinary, and at 10$ each, not cheap.
The food was insultingly priced. $16 for a small rib burger and home made chips??
To add insult to injury the chips were not crunchy and not all of them were warm, and the burger was underwhelming with a weird hard fried onion bit as a topping.
TL;DR verdict: avoid unless you want only beer and don't mind slow service and a very loud, crowded space.
