It seems others have had better experiences. The key issue here is reliability. The people running this company are very nice and their prices are reasonable, but their employees just aren't that reliable. An elderly family member living in the area needed assistance after a medical procedure and family help wasn't a possibility. We engaged this company a week in advance thinking everything would be fine. The person they sent over never showed up the day that our family member needed a ride home from the hospital. They had to take a taxi home, and the cab driver helped them get into their house. On the following days the helper was consistently late, sometimes several hours late, or had to leave early for various reasons. The company opted to send a different person who had similar issues, usually blaming it on traffic. Sorry, but traffic wasn't invented yesterday. With all the GPS tools these days you'd think people could at least show up on time for work. This is especially critical when your client needs assistance getting to/from medical appointments on time. I don't know if they need to pay their workers more or do a better job screening applicants for reliability, but we are unlikely to use this company again if a similar situation occurs.
